Meet The Team

Andrew is a founding partner of Normandy Advisors. He has over 14 years of experience in partnering with private equity firms, portfolio companies, family offices and middle market operating companies.

Prior to Normandy, Andrew founded and led the Private Equity & Alternative Investment practice at Stephen James Associates, a national search firm and operating company of the Allegis Group, the largest privately held recruiting firm in the world.

Andrew is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Andrew lives outside Boston in Newton with his wife, Lindsay, and two sons. When he can find the time, his favorite activities include skiing, golf, hiking and triathlons.

Andrew manages our research process and has been instrumental in optimizing our use of software and data to source and identify acquisition opportunities.

Throughout his career, Andrew has provided analytic research and analysis in roles with J.P. Morgan Chase, Guggenheim Partners, and Southwest Airlines. Prior to joining Normandy, Andrew co-founded a software company in San Diego. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Loyola University Chicago.

Outside of Normandy, Andrew spends his free time playing ice hockey and hiking throughout the northeast.

Cam joined Normandy Advisors in June of 2023 as an Associate and assists with all buy-side search, deal origination, and business development activities. Prior to Normandy, Cam worked at Wells Fargo Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst covering Healthcare Services and later as an Analyst with Dimensional Fund Advisors, a quantitative, long-only asset manager.

Cam is a graduate of Davidson College in North Carolina where he majored in Economics and minored in Philosophy. At Davidson, Cam was also the captain of the men’s varsity tennis team.

Outside of Normandy, Cam enjoys tennis, meditation, traveling, and working out.
