Our client, headquartered in the Midwest, is a private equity-backed leading provider of services and components for the compressed gas industry. Normandy Advisors was retained to identify, contact, and qualify add-on acquisition targets in the Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest that would expand the geographic capabilities of our client’s business.
After communicating with our client to understand their specific needs and criteria for acquisition targets, we identified and reviewed over 250 companies within the commercial products and services industry. From our initial prospect list, we communicated directly with over 60 owners to further understand their businesses and determine if their capabilities aligned with the goals of our client.
Within six months, our client had acquired a leading business headquartered in the Southwest. The acquisition allows our client to expand their geographic reach and seamlessly add new customers in the region. Our client is currently negotiating an additional LOI with another business in the Midwest.
