Over the course of our work with the client, we sourced and screened over 1500 companies. We called on the owner of each company to understand their background, their openness to a sale, and the key elements of their business. In addition to an understanding of the specific business, each conversation also gave us valuable market Intel and additional contacts to build our list.
Normandy produced a strong list of active targets for our client that led to four completed add-on acquisitions, resulting in more than $100M in incremental revenue and 15 new locations.
